Methods
  • 1. Boil soaked dal with salt and haldi and cook till it becomes little mashy. Remove in a bowl and taste the sallt. Now prepare its tempering. Take four tspn ghee in a pan on low flame
  • 2. after that take whole Red chilli break it in pieces and put in hot ghee
  • 3. let it sizzl.
  • 4. Now for serving one person remove dal in small bowl put half tspn bhuna zeera powder
  • 5. 1/4 tspn black salt
  • 6. 1/4 tspn chat masala
  • 7. sprinkle some finely chopped onion and tomato
  • 8. 1/2 tspn lemon juice and 1/2 tspn butter.
  • 9. Then put 1 teaspoon of tempering prepare with chilli and ghee and sprinkle some coriander leaves on it. Ready to eat.
