Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 170-degree celsius.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom pan pour in a cup of water, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, followed by 1 cup of macaroni pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes. strain and pour in 2 tbsp of olive oil and keep it aside.
  • 3. Take a pan, pour in 2 tbsp of olive oil, tofu and saute for a while. Now add in the chopped garlic, white onion, chilli garlic paste, barbecue sauce, cherry tomatoes, salt as required, saute well.
  • 4. Add in the boiled macaroni and crushed basil leaves.
  • 5. Take the deseeded blanched bell peppers and stuff in the prepared mixture.
  • 6. Grate some parmesan cheese over it and bake it at 170 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes.
