Ingredients For Makki Ki Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 1 cup water.
  • 2. Add salt , carom seeds and hing . Boil it .
  • 3. Turn off the heat. Add makki ka aata . Mix it properly. Cover it with lid .
  • 4. When it slightly cool down , transfer it in a parat . Rub it properly and make soft dough.
  • 5. Heat tawa . Now take some dough in hand and very carefully make roti in your hand or roll it .
  • 6. Cook on hot tawa on medium heat from both the sides . Apply ghee or butter.
