Ingredients For Mango Rava kesari recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee and saute , sooji until it changes very light colour. Blend together, mango pulp, jam, Mazza well in blender.
  • 2. Then add blended mixture with warm water, cook, stirring constantly, until it gets dissolved and mixed well without lumps.
  • 3. Add sugar, half of saffron,powdered cashewnuts and cardamom powder and cook it till halwa consistency is obtained.
  • 4. The delicious Mango Rava kesari is ready to serve, serve garnished by saffron and nuts.
