Ingredients For Masala Carrot Idly With tomato Chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the Urad dal and soak the rice with water and keep it in two separate bowl for 55minutes.
  • 2. Make paste of soaked Urad dal and rice separately in a mixer.
  • 3. Mix two Urad dal paste and rice paste very well and mix baking soda and salt with it and the Idly batter is ready and keep it side.
  • 4. Heat the pan and pour 2 spoons of oil and add half of onion,3 green chili and tomato which half cut.
  • 5. After 4 mins remove the tomatoes, mixed with chili and onion from the pan and make it cool.
  • 6. Make paste of it in a grinder.
  • 7. Heat the pan and pour 1spoon of oil and add 6 curry leaves and whole mustard and add half of ginger paste and full garlic paste.
  • 8. Then add tomatoes paste and add salt and stir and mix it very well..... So tomato chutney is ready.
  • 9. Remove the skin of the carrot and cut it in small pieces.
  • 10. Heat the pan and pour 1 spoon of oil and add cut carrots in it and then add remaining ginger paste and 2 green chili.
  • 11. Stir it for 4 mins and remove it from the pan and make it cool.
  • 12. Make paste of the it and keep it in a bowl
  • 13. Place that Idly Maker on the gas and now grease idly mold with ghee and pour the idly batter into the moulid
  • 14. In every. mold, pour carrot paste in the middle of batter.
  • 15. Close the lid of the Idly maker and keep it on the gas for 15 minutes. Then switch off the gas.
  • 16. When the Idly maker become cool and then remove the lid and remove all the idly from the mold. Serve Masala Carrot Idly With Tomato Chutney
