Ingredients For MASALA RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a wok, add mustardseeds and dry red chill . Add Chana and urad dal, let it crackle.
  • 2. Then add curry leaves and chopped ginger, garlic , onion , green chilli and potato. Cook it on low medium heat till it becomes soft.
  • 3. Add all the spices and tamarind paste. Mix it well.
  • 4. Add cooked rice.Mix well .
  • 5. Transfer it in serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
