  • 1. 1)Beat the egg whites till soft peaks.
  • 2. 2)Gradually add the castor sugar 1 spoon at a time folowed by the icing sugar
  • 3. 3)The mixture should have a smooth glossy finish to it.Put spoons of the mixture on a silicon mat and bake in the oven
  • 4. 4)Bake in the fan setting of the oven at 110 C for atleast an hour
  • 5. 5)Once slightly brown remove from oven at let it cool on wire rack.
