Fryy all vegetables and keep aside. to the same pan add 2tsp oil, 2 cloves and 1midium chopped onion, cook for 5 minutes.

Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes. add coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri powder,and sugar.cook until oil seperate.

Now add all fried vegetables along with some chopped tomatoes. cook until vegetable and masala mix. add some Paneer and cook for another 1 minute. lastly mix some garam masala and ghee. enjoy
