Ingredients For Moong Dal Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry cashews and almonds in ghee.
  • 2. Fry the moong dal in a pan on medium heat till it turns light brown.
  • 3. Make a fine powder of fried moong dal in a mixer grinder.
  • 4. Mix moong flour and sugar (powder). Sieve the fine powder through a sieve.
  • 5. Add ghee little by little to the moong mixture. Add cardamom powder, cashew, almond shavings.
  • 6. Take the mixed dough in hand and shape it into a ladoo. Garnish with almonds and chironji.
  • 7. Serve Tasty Moong Dal Laddu.
