Soak green moong dal in water for 6 hours. Make a paste by adding green moong dal, ginger, green chili in the mixer.

Prepare a mixture of green fennel, red chili powder, asafoetida, garam masala, salt, black salt, green coriander leaves, spices, lentil fat and curry.

Heat the oilTake the mixture and put it in a pan and fry the Magodi till it becomes light brown and crispy. Green Moong Dal Magodi is ready.

Serve hot moong dal with mangodi, tamarind chutney, green chutney, tomato sauce.
