Ingredients For Rajgira aalo bada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Take boiled potatoes are mashed
  • 2. 2. Take a pan and heat ghee and add cumin
  • 3. 3 now add green chillies and ginger and fry until the colour darker
  • 4. 4. Add potetos and dry fruits mix together
  • 5. 5. Now add black pepper and salt and lemon juice
  • 6. 6. Turn of the gas and add lemon juice and coriander leaves
  • 7. 7. Now take a mixing bowl and make a medium thick batter of rajgira flour add salt and black papper
  • 8. 8. Take potatoes masala and make balls
  • 9. 9. Take a pan n pour some oil
  • 10. 10. Now dip the potato balls in the batter and drop gently in hot oil.
  • 11. 11. Fry vadas on midium flame until the colour darker
