Ingredients For Moong Dhuli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the dal properly. In a pressure cooker, add dal and 3 bowl water . Boil it , remove the dirty foam .
  • 2. Add salt and turmeric powder. Close with lid . Give it only one whistle.
  • 3. In a tadka pan, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and hing . Now add onion , ginger garlic and green chilies. Saute it . Add boiled dal .
  • 4. Mix it gently. Add cumin powder, kali mirch and coriander leaves .
  • 5. Squeeze 1/2 lemon .
