Ingredients For Nankhatai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven on180 C for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well. Gradually add ghee and make stiff dough. (ghee may be use less or more)
  • 3. Divide dough into equal parts. Make round ball,slightly press,put dryfruits and gently press.
  • 4. Grease the baking tray. Place the naankhatais on a tray. Keep it on preheated oven. Bake it for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. let it cool.
