Ingredients For New & Delicious Sooji Sweet with just 3 Ingredients Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add 1 cup sooji to a pan & dry roast for 5 minutes
  • 2. Add cashew powder & cook for one more minute
  • 3. Add milk & cook for 2-3 minutes till sooji completely absorbs milk
  • 4. Bring it to room temperature & knead well like Chapati dough & keep aside
  • 5. To a pan add 1 cup sugar & 1 cup water & make string sugar syrup
  • 6. Now take big ball sized mixture & roll it to medium thickness
  • 7. Use round shape cutter & cut them
  • 8. Deep fry them till golden brown & add to sugar syrup
  • 9. Now you can serve
