Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, whole red chilly, cloves and whole black pepper to crackle. Add grated onion, grated garlic and grated ginger and cook in a low flame. Cover it and stir occasionaly. When change the color of the onion and they become soft add turmeric powder,coriander powder,kashmiri mirch powder and mix well

Now add tomato paste and stir continuously until oil leaves the pan and now add the curd and mix well. Add cashew paste and salt and mix well. We now add one cup of water and bring to boil, once boiled add paneer cubes and cook for five mins

Take other pan and add one tbsp ghee and now add cumin seeds,whole red chilly and onion flakes and saute for one mins and add into the paneer dopayaza and turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or rice.
