Methods
  • 1. Boil elbow pasta al dente for 3 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan add butter and flour. Roast the flour with butter.
  • 3. Add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add processed cheese and Parmesan. Stir well.
  • 4. Add peri peri masala, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper. Once the sauce thickens add the elbow pasta.
  • 5. Mix well and take it out in a microwave safe bowl. Top with Parmesan and oregano and micro it for 1-2 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot with bread of your choice.
