Ingredients For Ram Laddu/ Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1/2 cup yellow mung dal for 2-3 hours.
  • 2. Now grind it with ginger, green chilli in a blender. Use water if required.
  • 3. Now put it in a bowl. Add salt to taste, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves. Add green chill to the mixture.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.M ake small moong dal pakora round in shape out of a mixture.
  • 5. Now deep fry them in heated oil present in a pan. Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
  • 6. Serve them with chutney or mooli lachcha.
