Raw mango jelly recipe

In this recipe I have used raw mango to make the jelly , since there were lots of power cuts my jelly ws half made .. This jelly can be eaten by diabetic patients by adding less sugar , since it would be tangy& sweet in taste... If u want u can add sugar or else u can hv the tangy jelly

Ingredients For Raw mango jelly recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the skin of the mangoes and chop the mangoes
  • 2. Then grind mango & mint leaves together, The pulp should be medium consistency
  • 3. Then remove it in a thick bottom pan, add sugar if you wish to add, black salt, salt and mix well till sugar dissolves
  • 4. Then keep the bowl on the gas an keep stirring the mango pulp till it leaves its sides
  • 5. Then add cornflour mixed with water and keep stirring till it becomes semi thick
  • 6. Then pour it small molds or bowls and refrigerator for 2 hours
  • 7. Then remove it from the fridge an insert in the serving plates garnish with dedicated coconut an serve
