Ingredients For Red Pulao (BeetRoot Pulao) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice , rinse them and keep it aside.
  • 2. In a pan put olive oil , jeera and adrak and green chillies and cook them fir 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Now add onions and cook till they are brownish in color and then add tomatoes.
  • 4. After cooking 1-2 minutes add Beet root (chopped) in the pan and cook it.
  • 5. Now add Salt , Lal mirch powder , hing and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 6. Now add 2 glasses of water in the pan and let it cook.
  • 7. When water boils add Rinsed rice in the pan and cook it properly.
  • 8. When water gets fully evaporated turn off the heat and put lid on the pan.
  • 9. After 5 Minutes Serve Your Beetroot Rice with Curd or any Curry!
