  • 1. Wash and soak the sago in a little water for 5-6 hours.
  • 2. Then add mashed boiled potatoes to it. Add crushed peanuts and all the remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Make round balls and pierce them. And fry in hot oil.
  • 4. Sabudana Ring Vada is ready.
  • 5. Serve it hot with curd, green chutney and tomato sauce.
