This sago pudding is refreshing, delicious and healthy. It's perfect for after meal desert and the plus point is that it's gluten-free. I made this eggless which is suitable for fasting and vrats.
1. I have used small sago. If using big sago then soak it overnight or more than 3 hours. 2. Stir continuously to avoid sago from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
