Methods
  • 1. Add semolina and curd in a bowl and mix it well and add water as required. Keep it for rest 15-20 . After 20 minutes add salt and baking and mix well. Heat a pan spread oil on pan and pour semolina better and spread it like bread and cook it from both sides.
  • 2. Prepare all semolina bread like this. Let them all cool down and after it take a round cookie cutter and cut small pieces from semolina bread. Cut all pieces like this and keep them aside.
  • 3. Now grill all coins from both sides in a griller. Take a bowl mix all the ingredients of stuffing. Take one coin spread some butter on coin and fill this stuffing and cover with another coin. So our semolina veg coin sandwiches are ready to serve
