Methods
  • 1. Using a knife. make a cross on the baby onions. Heat water in a pan, add black pepper, sugar,salt and cloves and bring to boil, once boiled add chopped beetroot and turn off the flame. Once cooled strain it.
  • 2. All onion add into the jar and also add green chilly and ginger, vinegar and beetroot water and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • 3. Now it is ready to serve.
