Ingredients For Soya Paneer kofta curry recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil soya chunks in water for 10 minutes, drain excess water, squeeze them properly and then grind into paste.
  • 2. In a bowl, add soya chunks paste, grated paneer, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and cornflour and mix them properly.
  • 3. Take small portion of mixture and make medium size balls from it. Heat oil in pan and fry the koftas in medium flame.
  • 4. To make gravy, heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves sautĂ© till fragnant, then add onion paste and sautĂ© for few seconds, add ginger garlic paste and tomato ketchup, sautĂ© on medium flame.
  • 5. Now add cashew nut paste, salt, sugar, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and curd and mix them all properly.
  • 6. Now add 1/2 cup water and cook on medium flame for few minutes, now add garam masala powder, cream and kasoori meethi and mix. Place the koftas in a plate and pour the gravy over it .Serve with paratha, naan or any type of rice.
