Now add cashew nut paste, salt, sugar, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and curd and mix them all properly.

Now add 1/2 cup water and cook on medium flame for few minutes, now add garam masala powder, cream and kasoori meethi and mix. Place the koftas in a plate and pour the gravy over it .Serve with paratha, naan or any type of rice.
