Ingredients For Sugandhi ilish Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the fish properly.
  • 2. Marrinate it with salt and aromatic lime juice for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Heat oil in the pan.
  • 4. Add green chillies in it.
  • 5. Add the mustard seed and Poppy seed paste .
  • 6. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  • 7. Add the marrinated fish.
  • 8. Add 1 cup water from outside.
  • 9. Cover the pan with a lid.
  • 10. Cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • 11. After 10/12 minutes open the lid and sprinkle aromatic lime leaves dust .
  • 12. Switch off the flame
  • 13. Serve hot with steamed rice.
