  • 1. First of all, mix ghee in maida and knead a tight dough with water. Now fry the gram flour in ghee, then grate the mawa in a pan and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes. Now mix all the dry fruits.
  • 2. When the mawa cools down, mix it well. Now make small balls of it, now break a dough of flour, make a full roll from it and keep these small balls on it and cover the whole of the flour.
  • 3. Now heat ghee in a pan. And do not overturn the prepared ghari on medium flame. While frying the ghari in a pan, take a long spoon with a sieve on top, pour hot ghee in a spoon and pour it over the ghari and fry it well. Our ghari is ready.
  • 4. Now mix the accumulated ghee and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Spread this mixture on the prepared ghari. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron.
  • 5. I have also made Chocolate Ghari. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and apply it on the grate. Garnish with chocolate sev on top.
  • 6. Delicious Tasty Chocolate Surti Ghari is ready.
