Recipe Notes

If you want to little healthier side then use whole weat flour and avoid cheese.Use mozzarella cheese if you wish too bt i personally like processed cheese.

Methods
  • 1. Take one bowl add flour, 2tbsp oil, 2 tbsp curd, sugar salt to taste and baking soda.
  • 2. Mix all things well and add warm water as needed and knead soft dough.
  • 3. Cover it and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
  • 4. MarinationĂ·In bowl add panner,red Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, gram flour, amchur powder and mustard oil.
  • 5. Mix all things well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Take pan heat 1tbsp oil and cook your paneer on medium flame.
  • 7. Keep flipping your paneer and cook it from all the sides.
  • 8. Pizza sauceĂ·take pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic to it.saute a little.
  • 9. Add chopped tomatoes,salt to taste, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tbsp oregano, mix well and cover lid.
  • 10. Cook till tomatoes become mussy.open lid and add chopped onion and tomato ketchup.
  • 11. Cook a little, let it cool and blend it into blender so we can get saucy consistency.
  • 12. AssemblingĂ·take rested dough,cut it into small pieces, roll it into small disk.
  • 13. Poke your rolled pizza base apply oil on pizza base using brush and cook it from both sides.
  • 14. Apply pizza sauce on pizza base,put cooked paneer pieces, onion julian,capsicum julian,2-3tbsp cheese,chili flakes.
  • 15. Cover your pan and cook pizza for 3-4 minutes or till cheese melts.
  • 16. Enjoy your pizza from Straight out the pan.
