Firstly, in a pressure cooker heat ghee and saute bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds and asafoetida.Continue to saute cabbagefollowed by ginger garlic and green chilli paste.Add vegetables like carrot, potato and green peas. saute for a minute.

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and biryani masala powder and salt. saute on low flame.Furthermore, add rice and black urad dal. saute for a minute on low flame.Now pour water and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well.Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.Finally, serve with curd
