Methods

How to make Valentine's special heart cake recipe

1. Beat sugar and curd in a bowl till the sugar get dissolved properly.
2. Now add oil and rose essence and mix well.
3. Add maida and other dry ingredients in three steps so that there are no lumps formed.
4. Pour this mixture in a greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180degree temp.
5. When cake is baked test it by punching with toothpick. Now place on rack to cool down.
6. Beat whipped cream with the help of beater till soft peaks formed.
7. Now cut the cake in three layers and wet the sponge by sugar syrup.
8. Now spread whipped cream evenly and the procedure to be followed for all three layers.
9. Finish properly with whipped cream. Make flowers of red by using nozzals. Sprinkle some balls.
10. Valentine's special heart cake is ready.
