You can make tikkis in many ways, potato tikkis, non veg tikkis etc. You can also use cheese slices and cottage cheese.

Ingredients For VEG BURGER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut cucumber, tomato, onion into thin slices.
  • 2. Cut the bun in two from the center. Heat the griddle, add butter. Toast the bun from inside.
  • 3. Apply tomato ketchup to the underside of the bun. Place a salad or cabbage leaf on top of it. Place potato tikki over it. Add some mayonnaise.
  • 4. Now place 1-2 slices of tomato, onion and cucumber on top of it. Add a little tomato sauce on top and sprinkle the chaat masala .
  • 5. Spread some cheese on the other side of the bun. Keep this part up and press it slightly with your hand.
  • 6. Finally, place a Cabbage leaf on top of the burger, then place tomato or onion slices. Combine it with a toothpick.
  • 7. Delicious and healthy burger is ready, serve it immediately.
