How to make Wheat Flour Crispy Sweet Mini Circles Recipe

In a pot, take all ingredients, mix well and knead a semi-tight dough and leave it for 10 minutes.

Now in another pot take sugar,water and crushed cardamom,mix well and make a thick sugar syrup.

Divide dough in equal portions of mini balls and slightly flatten it by pressing in between the palm and make cut in between over all the mini circles.

Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry all the mini circles on low to medium flame until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
5.
After frying batch by batch immediately add all the mini circles in sugar syrup and leave it for 30 seconds by constantly flipping all the pieces.
6.
Take out all the mini circles and Wheat Flour Crispy Sweet Mini Circles are ready to serve and store it in an air-tight container.You can consume it atleast for 15 days.
