Ingredients For Wheatflour Mysore Bonda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl. Add all the above ingredients one after the other except oil.
  • 2. By adding water, mix the batter.
  • 3. Beat the batter well for 5 minutes - makes air gaps.
  • 4. Rest the batter for 2 hours.
  • 5. After 2 hours, beat the batter once again for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Heta oil in a pan for deep frying over a low flame.
  • 7. Once the hot is oil, carefully drop the batter in the form of balls into the hot oil.
  • 8. Increase the flame to medium and deep fry the balls till golden brown in color.
  • 9. Serve the bondas with coconut chutney or ginger chutney or sauce.
