The taste is a bit too sweet but this is to avoid that typical powdery feeling that people often get when eating protein biscuits or protein discs. Think of the taste as being slightly custardy and great to have with tea. Can be a great pre or post-workout option for vegetarians
If you are into gyming and heavy exercises , I would recommend taking whey protein instead of protein x as the latter contains soy protein which isn't as beneficial as whey protein.
Before buying, I had a doubt whether my brother will like the taste of drink, but then after drinking they like the favor very much. The drink is very good, but one cannot expect the output immediately, it will take sometime to tell the effect of the drink. Overall the taste is good.

2 stars because it does result. Along with acne. This damaged up my skin so bad that i still suffer from acne since last 2 years.
