Okay i didnt liked it much.
If you are into gyming and heavy exercises , I would recommend taking whey protein instead of protein x as the latter contains soy protein which isn't as beneficial as whey protein.

It is a very healthy and nutritious supplement of protein and I would highly recommend this to everyone to give it a try. It's elaichi flavour is something that makes it more flavourful. It must be included in the diet to keep oneself fit.
