Wash the poha 3-4 times. Keep aside till it turn soft but not soggy.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds. when mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds green chillis , curry leaves and potatoes mix it and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add onions soute it. Add all the spices . Saute for a minute. cover for 5 minutes and allow to cook masala on low medium flame.

Now add soaked poha and sugar , coriander leaves . Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Transfer it in serving plates garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy it with hot tea.
