Methods
  • 1. Wash the poha under running water 4-5 times. Keep aside till it turn soft but not soggy.
  • 2. In a big Kadhai Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. when mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds green chillis , curry leaves and potatoes , mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Add onions soute it. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. saute for a minute. cover for 5 minutes and allow to cook masala on low medium flame.
  • 4. Now add soaked poha,sugar and roasted peanuts. Add coriander leaves, mix it. cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Transfer it in serving plates garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy it with hot tea.
