Ingredients For Aalu Ragi paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a parat, mix all the ingredients except ghee and butter.
  • 2. Mix it well. Gradually add water to knead a soft dough. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 3. Dust some dry flour on plateform. Take a ball size dough roll it to make paratha.
  • 4. Heat tawa, place the paratha over it cook on medium flame.Apply ghee both the sides and cook,till it becomes crispy.Make all the parathas by this method.
