Take a parat, mix all the ingredients except ghee and butter.

Mix it well. Gradually add water to knead a soft dough. Keep it aside for rest.

Dust some dry flour on plateform. Take a ball size dough roll it to make paratha.

Heat tawa, place the paratha over it cook on medium flame.Apply ghee both the sides and cook,till it becomes crispy.Make all the parathas by this method.
