How to make Aam Ka Meetha Achar/Mango Sweet Pickle Recipe

1. Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.
2. Heat mango, sugar, cloves, black pepper, cardamom powder and black salt in a pan.
3. Keep stiring in low flame till it thickness n water dries out.
4. Dont over cook.
5. Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
6. A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
