  • 1. Pressure cook the mango with one cup of water. Once cooled, remove the skin and seed of the mango, mash the pulp of the mango.
  • 2. Add sugar, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Add two glass of water and strain it.
  • 3. Add crushed ice, garnish with raw mango chunks. Serve chilled
