For rabdi, bring to boil the milk first. Add 150gm milkmaid & dry fruits.Let it boil and make 1/4th in quantity. Once it's done then switch off the flame & make it cool.

Now heat 1cup of water with ghee and milkmaid. Add mango paste and mix it well. Gradually mix rice flour and stir it constantly in low heat. When it will soaked all liquids then switch off the flame.

Make it cool for few minutes and then knead it well.

Take some small portion from the dough and roll it with the help of roller pin.Make a square shape and then start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers. Apply water and stick both the corner.

Now put all the pithas on steamer and steam it for 10 to 15minutes.

Now take a serving plate. Place pithas on it and decorate with cherry and some other grated dry fruits as per your choice.
7.
Keep it in fridge for sometimes and enjoy chilled.
