Recipe Notes

If you feel mixture is dry , add melted ghee in it. Don’t add sugar in warm mixture.

Ingredients For Aata Mawa Laddu

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom wok. Heat ghee in it.
  • 2. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low heat for 15- 20 minutes.
  • 3. When it turns light brown and ghee starts releasing from the mixture, turn off the flame.
  • 4. Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl.
  • 5. In same wok add mawa. Roast it on low heat till it becomes light brown. Turn off the flame.
  • 6. In aata mixture add mawa , cardamom powder and grinded dry fruits. Mix it.
  • 7. Let the mixture cool. When the mixture will slightly warm add powdered sugar in it. Mix it well.
  • 8. Now take a portion of mixture in your hand , press it and make round ball.
  • 9. Prepare all the laddus by same method.
