Methods
  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, add both flours. Add ajwain and salt. Mix well.
  • 2. Add 3 spoons of oil and knead a semi tight dough.
  • 3. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Roll the dough in round shape like roti. Roti should not be too thick.
  • 5. Cut into small round shape with katori or round cutter. Prick each mathi with a fork.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry the mathi on low flame.
  • 7. Enjoy with ginger tea.
