Boil jackfruit and potato till 2 whistles, in a bowl, add boiled jackfruit and potato and mash them.

Further add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, pickle, peanuts, garam masala powder, salt, roasted Bengal gram and coriander leaves and mix them properly.

Then give them oval shape, coat them with semolina and prick with icecream sticks just like popsticks and keep them in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a pan add oil, shallow fry the popsticks. Serve with sauce or any dip of your choice.
