On this Christmas I created this my innovative Adadiya Cake . Yes, you heard it right Adadiya is a Gujarati winter special dessert which is full of Desi ghee, Nuts and some flavoured spices n actually traditional Christmas Plum cake is full of nuts and spices so Its my humble attempt (with some changes in original recipe) to convert this adadiya into a Christmas Adadiya cake n OMG it turned out SOOO perfect. Actually, Adadiyas help to improve immunity and prevents back pain, body pain and many health problems in winter because it contains so many spices. It also prevents cold and cough as this contains Ginger powder (sonth powder). So, I thought to convert this Gujarati sweet into a cake this Christmas to boost my family’s immunity . Here M sharing my innovative recipe using the delicious Nova Ghee with you guys .
