First make a batter with besan, salt, red chilly pd, ajwain, heeng and mix it with water

Now for potato mixture first heat up a kadai add 1tbsp oil in it then add jeera , musturd seeds curry leaves green chilly and then add potatoes and all spices and mixed properly

Our mixture is ready now cool it down then make balls from it and dipped this Ball in besan batter and deep fry it.

Our aloo bonde is ready and served it with green chutney
