Methods
  • 1. Take Mashed boiled potato in a bowl Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, saunf, gingergarlicpaste(optional), chopped onions, chopped coriander, coriander powder , also add tomato sauce Mix well evrythng and keep it aside.
  • 2. Now take bread slices as per ur interest milk or brown bread Apply butter on bread slices
  • 3. After applying butter Alu mix to be applied as a layer on bread
  • 4. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top
  • 5. Heat the tawa add ghee or butter as ur choice
  • 6. Now toast the bread slices. Toast on both sides
  • 7. Instead of butter u can also try with placing the cheese slice
  • 8. Once get toasted u can njoy the crispy bread toasts On ur interest can cut with a pizza cutter in to slices
