Methods
  • 1. Collect all necessary materials ,take grated on mash potato in a mixing bolw,now adding a finely chopped onions , Green Chili and the green coriander to it... then add salt, red chilli powder ,chat masala and lemon juice...... Mix well to make a hard dough...
  • 2. Apply oil on the flame and take the potato mixture in hand....make small ball of the potato mixture ,the ball are neither too small nor too big .....make all potato lollipop and keep the them in a plate.... make a smooth and the crash free balls......
  • 3. Potato balls are ready. Keep it aside. Take a plate and put all purpose flour, cornflour and salt in it. Mix it well and make a batter. Batter should not be too thin, not too thick. It should be of the right consistency to coat the lollipops.
  • 4. Now take another plate and put breadcrumbs, chilli flakes and Italian seasoning in it. Mix well and keep aside. Making Potato Lollipops: Gather the potato balls, flour batter and bread crumbs mixture. Take a potato ball and dip it in the maida batter.
  • 5. Coat the balls well from all sides. Once coated, roll it in the bread crumb mix. Follow the procedure for the remaining balls. Place a frying pan and add oil to fry the lollipops. Heat medium hot oil. Now put potato balls one by one in the pan and fry them on low medium flame.
  • 6. Deep-fry on a low to medium flame for two to three minutes, or until crisp and golden brown, turning occasionally. Take out these lollipops on a paper tissue. Repeat the process for all balls. Place the fried balls on a serving plate and insert a toothpick into each circle. Serve and eat these delicious and delicious Hot and Crispy Aloo Balls with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
