Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and remove it. Again in the same pan add cumin seeds and whole red chilly to crackle.

Add onion and saute until transparent now add ginger garlic,green chilly,tomato and all dry spices and also add 2 tbsp water and saute until oil leaves the pan.

Add spinach and fried potatoes and mix well, simmer the flame and cook for ten minutes .Serve hot with chapatis.
