Ingredients For ALU kanda Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the poha under running water 4-5 times. Keep aside till it turn soft but not soggy. In a big Kadhai Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds green chillis curry leaves and potatoes mix and cook for 3-4 minutes .
  • 2. Add onions saute it. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Saute for a minute. Cover it for 5 minutes and allow to cook masala on low medium flame
  • 3. Now add soaked poha, sugar and roasted ground nuts. Add coriander leaves. Mix it. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving plates garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy it with hot tea.
