Ingredients For Ambil (Ragi Drink ) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly add 2 tbsp of ragi flour in a cup of water, mix well and rest for 5 minutes.
  • 2. After 5 minutes remove upper water.
  • 3. In a utensil boil 2 glass water. Now add ragi mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes on low to medium flame.
  • 4. Make sure there will be no lumps. Add salt as per taste.
  • 5. Now Ambil is ready , you can add milk or buttermilk in it and serve it.
